UAE ‘only cosmopolitan country’ in the world

The UAE is a unique cosmopolitan country in the world with people from over 200 countries residing happily.

The key features are like safety, security, infrastructure and its strategic location to access to the whole world and top of the list is best governance.

People from around the world are coming in abundance to enjoy these qualities offered by local governments to live and grow.

This was said by Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Vivek Oberoi, Co-Founder and Managing Director BNW Developments in an exclusive interview with Gulf Today in Dubai.

“The population in the country is increasing and creating a huge demand for more residential projects in the coming days.

“To cater to such a growing demand for housing needs in the UAE, we have already launched 12 branded residential projects which are under construction and we are all set to launch 10 more different residential projects in the next 12 months in different locations in the country,” said Aggarwal.

The firm has eight residential projects under construction in Ras Al Khaimah while four were announced for Dubai.

Ankur Aggarwal started his career as chartered accountant from a brokerage company and in 2022 he developed his career in the real estate sector. Today his firm has over 400 employees and a dozen residential projects in the UAE.

Vivek Oberoi, co-founder BNW Developments, is known for his acting career started from Bollywood and is already part of many business ventures.

However, the firm recently organised a mega community event held at Dubai’s World Trade Centre and attended by over 5,000 people from all walks of life.

The evening was a seamless blend of faith, music, and unity, offered a truly immersive experience for all attendees providing a divine start to the New Year filled with hope and blessings.

Top three Indian artists including Sonu Nigam, Kailash Kher and Anuradha Paudwal enthralled the audience with their mesmerising performances.
