NCM predicts rain and sand-stirring winds until Wednesday

The UAE is expected to witness rains of varying intensity and sand-stirring winds from Monday until Wednesday, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

The weather from Monday until Thursday will be fair to partly cloudy and dusty at times, turning gradually to cloudy at night and in the morning with some cumulus clouds and rains on separate areas across the country.

Moderate to active and strong, sand-stirring southeasterly winds will blow offshore at 15 to 30 and up to 50 km/h, causing the horizontal visibility to be lower, while the sea will have moderate waves but may become rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
