Sharjah deploys police to ensure compliance with celebration ban in solidarity with Palestine

Sharjah Police have strengthened its security measures to ensure compliance with the instructions banning festive appearances and use of fireworks in solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza.

As many as 362 military and civilian patrols and 933 policemen have been deployed all over the emirate’s cities as part of Sharjah Police’s comprehensive security and traffic plan.

According to Sharjah Police, the work teams have harnessed all their human and technical capabilities to maintain the security and safety of society, provide all types of support and response to the public and ensure abidance by the regulations and instructions issued in this regard.

Sharjah Police called on the public to co-operate with them for strengthening public security and reporting any violations and transgressions by contacting the Central Operations Room on 901, wishing them to spend happy times in the cities of the emirate, which are full of distinguished tourist destinations.
