RAK, UAQ and Ajman schools announce online classes on Friday due to unstable weather

Due to the weather fluctuations in the country, the local Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Team in Ajman decided to shift to remote learning for both government and private schools in the Emirate of Ajman on Friday, November 17, 2023 in order to ensure the safety of students, administrative staff and educators.

The authorities in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) have also issued a similar notification, saying that because of the weather situation being affecting the country, the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Team in Ras Al Khaimah has decided that the classes of the government schools in the emirate will be online on Friday, November 17, 2023.

The authorities in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain have also decided to conduct online classes for all government and private school to ensure the safety of students and staff.

The action was taken to preserve safety of students and administrative and teaching staff.
