Man airlifted from Sharjah desert to hospital after bicycle accident

The National Search and Rescue Centre of the National Guard, in coordination with Sharjah Police, carried out a rescue operation in the Nizwa Desert in the Emirate of Sharjah on Wednesday.
The teams rescued an injured French national after he was involved in a bicycle accident.
The team said the man was seriously injured.
The National Guard team airlifted the injured person to Al Dhaid Hospital for treatment.
The Sharjah Police have urged residents and tourists to exercise caution to avoid such accidents.
