An Indian news anchor slammed an Israeli guest after he accused her of being biased in favour of Palestine.

Frederic Landois, a member of the Israeli intelligence special forces, explained to the broadcaster that he deliberately wore the colours blue and white that makes up the Israeli flag.

The broadcaster was wearing the colours that make up the Palestinian flag, i.e. red, green, and black.

“No matter how much you wear these colors, blue and white will always stand out,” Landau said.

However, broadcaster Shreya Dhoundial responded to Landau, saying that colors should not be divided based on religion, noting that the dress she is wearing is “an Indian saree that belonged to her deceased grandmother, who knew nothing about the conflict between Israel and Hamas.”

Shreya added that Saree does not in any way express support for any party, stressing that “the conflict is taking place in Gaza, and that the killing of 500 people in the bombing of the Baptist Hospital is simply a crime.”

Landau responded by advising her to wear it on other occasions, but Shreya attacked him by saying that she would not allow him to choose her clothes or choose what she would say, stressing that she would say what she had to say and that she would speak the truth as she saw it.
