The third is failure to abide by traffic rules, as he drove the vehicle on the road without taking the necessary precautions, which resulted in a traffic accident and death of the victim, and the fourth is tinting the windshield of the vehicle.

The accident reconstruction expert testified that the defendant had admitted that he had seen the warning triangle and that the truck was parked completely from a distance of 500 meters, but he continued to drive his car at the same speed.

He also indicated that the vehicle’s windshield was found tinted by 40 per cent, which hinders vision of the road.
