His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, thanked the Community Development Authority team in Dubai.

A video of a Community Development Authority official helping a senior citizen at a counter has gone viral.

Sheikh Hamdan praised the official and said Emiratis will always be top priority in Dubai.

Sheikh Hamdan said, via a tweet on the “X” platform, “I was pleased with how Jamal Abdul Rahman from the Community Development Authority behaved so wonderfully, which reflected our societal values and culture that prompt us to respect the elderly, help children and treat people humbly. After all, ‘We are an authority to serve people, not an authority over them,’ as His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum taught us.

“I thank the Community Development Authority team, led by Hessa Buhamid, for their keenness on serving the Dubai community and its citizens, old and young, as well as their efforts and dedication.

Dubai citizens will always be given top priority and caring for people as well as preserving their dignity and achieving their happiness will always remain our prime goal.”
