UAE astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi has shared a video of himself enjoying a delicious bread and honey snack.

In the video Neyadi is seen with a bread piece in one hand and a bottle of Emirati honey in the other.

Neyadi demonstrates as to how he applies honey on the bread.

He also elaborates the benefits of eating honey in the video, saying it is good for the health of astronauts.

He says he still has some Emirati honey, which he brought with him on ISS, left with him and he enjoys it from time to time.

While sharing the video on his X (formerly known as Twitter) Neyadi said “Have you ever wondered how honey forms in space?” 🍯

“I still have some Emirati honey left that I enjoy from time to time. Honey has many benefits, especially for the health of astronauts,” he further wrote on his X.
