His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said that there are no failed people, but there are failed states.

Sheikh Mohammed on Monday shared a quote on Instagram account, saying, “Life taught me that there are no failed people, but there are failed states. Naturally and instinctively, humans have a motivating force to succeed. It is the nations that create the climate that shatters this motivation or embraces it to do miracles.”

Sheikh Mohammed launched the hashtag #FlashesofLeadership on his Instagram account to share part of his life, practical experiences, and leadership vision with the public.

Last year, Sheikh Mohammed said, “I told you the story of how we will prosper. We will fill our history books with accolades and achievements. We will be on the world stage engaging with people from all walks of life, and just as we have succeeded in the past, we shall in the future.”
