Famous Austrian broadcaster Armin Wolf unexpectedly ended a newscast, grabbing a bottle of water and pouring it over his head.
Wolf's action came due to the wave of hot weather in Austria in recent days, as the temperature in the capital, Vienna, exceeded 37.2 degrees Celsius, and exceeded 40 degrees in other European countries.
Residents of a number of European countries have suffered from high temperatures since the beginning of July, and it is expected that temperatures will rise in some regions of Spain to reach 43 degrees Celsius in the next few days, while cities such as Foggia in eastern Italy may reach 44 degrees Celsius by the middle of next week, according to weather forecasts.
