Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, fulfilled the wish of a young child who wanted to congratulate His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, on the recent Emirates Airlines profit.

In May, the Dubai’s prestigious airline Emirates Group reported its strongest-ever performance for 2022-23, posting a profit of Dhs10.9 billion ($3 billion) and revenues of Dhs119.8 billion ($32.6 billion), a new profit and revenue record and a significant turnaround from last year.

Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed wrote in a tweet with a video: "What is Saif's relationship to the Emirates Airlines profit?"

Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed made it clear that the child is named Saif.

“Saif is the son of Abdullah Adnan, currently the director of the Emirates Airlines office in Tanzania, and he has knowledge of deals.

"He told me that his father told him about the Emirates Airlines profit, and he loved expressing his love for the homeland and its leadership on the Emirates deal on behalf of his father.”

Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed added, “Thank you to every Emirati family that empowers its children and instils in them the customs and traditions in harmony with the openness of modern life.

“May God protect you, your loved ones…”

The child, Saif, told Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed that his father had informed him of the Emirates Airlines deal, and the child wished that Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed would accompany him to congratulate Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid and Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed on the deal on behalf of his father.

On the other hand, General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed visited the Dubai Smart Police Station (SPS) - Muraqqabat, which is the world's first smart police station.
Sheikh Saif was received by Lt. General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of the Dubai Police, assistant commanders-in-chief, directors of general departments and police stations, and senior officers.
