The Indian Prime Minister’s growing popularity not only in India but globally has made thousands his fans and the latest entrant in Modi’s fanlist is US President Joe Biden.

Recently, during a meeting in Tokyo, US President walked up to Modi and said “I should take your autograph.”

Biden also told Modi in jest that he is giving him a headache as the number of people wanting to attend the Indian PM’s event in Washington next month is rising every day and authorities are running out of tickets for the event.

Modi is due to visit the US next month on an official visit.

Sources quoted Biden as saying to Modi that "you are causing me a real problem as next month we have a dinner for you in Washington and everyone in the whole country wants to come."

Biden further said that he has run out of tickets as he is getting phone calls from people he has never heard of before.
