Abdul Rahman Al Awar shares iftar meals with workers at Al Rawashed Mosque in Al Khawaneej area of Dubai.

Dr. Abdul Rahman Bin Abdul Manan Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and a number of leaders in the Ministry, participated in Iftar with hundreds of workers of various professions, at Al Rawashed Mosque in Al Khawaneej area in Dubai, in cooperation with the Beit Al Khair Association.

Al Awar said: "Our presence with the workers is our duty, as they deserve all our appreciation and respect for their contribution to the development process in the UAE, and the holy month of Ramadan is an ideal opportunity to meet with them, listen to their observations and opinions, and benefit from their experiences in the labor market."

Al Awar praised the efforts of those in charge of the Ramadan Iftar, and their keenness to serve the workers in the blessed month of Ramadan, in line with the authentic Emirati values, the spirit of giving and benevolence, and the lofty principles embodied in the month of mercy.

It is noteworthy that the normal working hours during the month of Ramadan are reduced by two hours per day for all workers in the private sector in the country, and that establishments may, in accordance with the interest and nature of their work, apply flexible work or remote work patterns, within the limits of the daily working hours specified during the days of Ramadan.
