Alisha Moopen, Deputy Managing Director of Aster DM Healthcare, offered Ramadan greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance of the UAE, at the Shindagha Majlis.

Earlier, the promoters of Aster DM Healthcare increased their shareholding in the India listed company by 4 per cent from 37.88 per cent to 41.88 per cent, after acquiring an additional stake from one of the large private equity investors at an additional investment of Rs4.6 billion (Dhs207 million).
