Dubai Airport Terminal 1 operations back to normal after brief technical glitch

Dubai Airports confirm that DXB Terminal 1 Departures check-in experienced a technical issue on March 18, 2023, but was fixed in an hours time.

The airport said, “We experienced a technical issue at DXB Terminal 1 Departures check-in earlier today. The issue is now resolved however, some flights may be delayed for up to 40 minutes.

“We apologise for any inconvenience and will continue to provide further updates as they become available.”

The airport later confirmed that all operations are running normal as should be.

It wrote on Twitter, “Following the technical issue we faced earlier today; we can now confirm that normal operations have resumed at DXB Terminal 1 Departures. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.”

The airport authorities did not clarify what kind of technical problem occurred at one of the busiest airport in the world.
