His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Wednesday, sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani on his appointment as Prime Minister of the sisterly State of Qatar.
