The Saudi emergency team brought a Pakistani pilgrim back to life after his heart stopped in the premises of Masjid Al Nabawi in Madinah.

The Holy Mosques said on Twitter, “An emergency response team from the Madinah health department saved the life of a Pakistani Umrah pilgrim at Masjid Al Nabawi, Madinah after his heart stopped for more than 10 minutes.”

The ambulance reached in record time and conducted life saving procedures to resurrect the man.

The man was kept under observation for sometime and is in good health, the authorities said.

The doctors didn’t reveal medical details of the man.

Pilgrims and worshippers praised the Saudi authorities for the swift action.

A Twitterati said, Very good job… Mashallah, Alhamdulillah…

May Allah protect this team and accept your prayers…”

Majid Kazi said on Twitter, “Jazak Allah Khairan kaseera to the Madinah health department team… May Allah bless them all.”

Ali Kazi wrote, “He would have been lucky in both cases.”

On the other hand, the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque deployed electric vehicles around the clock for elderly pilgrims and people with disabilities.

The authorities have deployed 9,000 electric vehicles to serve pilgrims.

The vehicle can be pre-booked through the "TANAQOL" application, which aims to serve the pilgrims with their demands.

The app eases the process of buying tickets and pre-booking for electric vehicle service, and reduces crowding at points of bookings and pickups.
