Dhs10,000 monthly income to bring 5 relatives to the UAE

Ali Mohammed Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP), issued Resolution No74 of 2022 regarding the conditions and controls implementing Cabinet Resolution 65 of 2022 regarding the executive regulations of Federal Decree Law No29 of 2021 in connection with the entry and residence of foreigners, which entered into force as of Oct.3, 2022.

The resolution added conditions for issuing an entry visa for a friend or relative, in addition to the previous conditions, as it stipulated that the foreigner coming to the country be a friend or relative of a UAE citizen, whatever the degree of kinship, or be a first or second degree relative of a foreigner residing in the UAE, provided that the resident occupies one of the first or second level jobs.

According to the resolution, It is required that the foreigner wishing to bring in relatives have suitable housing and a monthly income, as he is allowed to bring in 5 individuals if his monthly income is Dhs10,000, and 6 individuals if his monthly income is Dhs15,000 and the Director General of the ICP will decide the suitability of the applicant in the event of a desire to recruit more than 6 persons
