Elon Musk stated that he has employed a canine as Twitter CEO.

Musk tweeted a photograph of his puppy dog "Floki" sitting in the company's CEO's chair, with the caption: "The new CEO of Twitter is amazing. So much better than that guy!”

Musk later stated that the canine is excellent with numbers and has style sense.

Several users shared their thoughts on Musk's post.

A user said, "I think he was the only crazy one to take the job.”

Musk replied: "He is best for the job."

Another one asked, “Will Twitter report animal abuse under the new leadership?"

In December, Musk had stated that he could most effectively run the software program and server groups after he finds "a person silly enough" to take his place.

He made the declaration in a reaction to a ballot he ran, wherein 57.5 per cent of the respondents stated that he should step down as Twitter CEO.

Meanwhile, he had said, "No one wants a job that can actually keep Twitter alive. There is no successor... The query isn't always locating a CEO, the query is locating a CEO who can preserve Twitter alive."
