ICP clarified that the candidacy application is a service according to which an initial electronic approval is issued for the issuance of the golden visa.

It specified 5 steps for submitting the application, starting with filling in the data and attaching the attachments (compulsory and optional documents vary according to the data entered in the application), paying the fees, providing the service after submitting the application, and receiving the transaction by e-mail of the applicant.

ICP indicated that there are 3 channels through which requests are received, which are “ICP’s website or smart application, customer happiness centres, and typing offices approved by ICP.”

The application will be rejected electronically after 30 days have passed in the event that the application is returned due to deficiencies in the data or the failure to complete the required documents, ICP indicated.
