President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has discussed with Alexander Lukashenko, President of Belarus, the UAE-Belarus bilateral relations and ways to enhance them to serve the interests of the two countries and their peoples.
At the beginning of the meeting, which took place at Qasr Al Shati, Sheikh Mohamed welcomed President Lukashenko, who is on a work visit to the UAE, and wished further growth and prosperity for Belarus and its people.
For his part, the Belarusian President thanked Sheikh Mohamed for the warm welcome, stressing his country's keenness on strengthening its relations with the UAE.
Attending the meeting were Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Adviser for Special Affairs at the Ministry of the Presidential Court; Ali Mohammed Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; Suhail Bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure; along with the delegation accompanying the Belarusian President.WAM
Sheikh Mohamed and Shiaa' Al Sudani also reviewed a number of issues of mutual concern, stressing their mutual keenness to continue consultations and coordination between their countries in to boost their cooperation in various fields.
During the meeting held in Qasr Al Bahr Palace in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed welcomed the Chairman of Oman's Shura Council, and exchanged with him cordial talks that highlight the depth of the historical UAE-Oman ties.
President Wavel Ramkalawan praised the UAE's strong support to his country in many developmental areas and the assistance provided to Seychelles during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This was on Friday evening, when the operations room was alerted about a brawl among members of one family in a house located in an area of the emirate. A police force immediately dispatched to the location of the house to deal with the incident.
