Road to close for Abu Dhabi cycling event on Feb.4

ITC calls on road users to exercise caution and abide by traffic safety instructions during traffic closures.

The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, announced partial and gradual closures of three roads for the Abu Dhabi cycling event, and due to the improvements taking place on those road.

ITC explained that the roads that would witness the cycling event (Abu Dhabi-Al Ain) on Saturday from 06:00 am till 02:00 pm, would be gradually closed.

In addition, on the same day, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Road (E311) near Seih Al Sudaira towards Dubai will be closed, alongside a partial closure on Corniche Street in Mina area - Abu Dhabi, from Friday, until Monday.

The Centre called on road users to exercise caution and abide by traffic safety instructions during traffic closures and to slow down on the roads witnessing development work to avoid accidents.
