The Abu Dhabi Family, Civil and Administrative Cases Court fined a man Dhs10,000 and obligated him to pay two men Dhs15,000 as compensation for publishing pictures of them on the “Snapchat” and “Tik Tok” applications.
In the details, two men sued a person and demanded that he pay them Dhs51,000 as a compensation for the material and moral damages they sustained, and to obligate him to pay the attorney fees and expenses because he breached their privacy by publishing their photos through “Snapchat” and “Tik Tok” applications without their permission.
