Hail Governorate in Saudi Arabia witnessed heavy rain that disturbed public life and closed many main roads as a result of flood.

The Saudi Civil Defence Directorate issued a statement, confirming that it had dealt with the incident of the drowning of a child as a result of the high water level in Hail, according to local media.
