UAE lifts all restrictions and precautionary measures related to COVID-19

UAE authorities have lifted all restrictions and precautionary measures related to COVID-19.

The authorities said, “Today we announce the cancellation of all restrictions and precautionary measures related to COVID-19.

Wearing a facemask will be optional in all open and closed facilities, including places of worship and mosques, except for health facilities and facilities and centres for people of determination.”

The authorities said with regard to mosques and chapels, we also announce the optional prayer on the personal carpet, as it is no longer mandatory after the date of activating the decision.

The authorities said that the Al-Hosn application will be limited to proof of vaccination certificates and test results inside and outside the country upon request. Thus, green pass is not required to enter public facilities and sites.

COVID-Lift

The authorities said, “We assure our honorable audience that the health sector will continue to monitor the situation and implement active investigation in all regions of the country.”
