Lebanon witnessed a horrific murder on Sunday that shook the entire community. A woman of Arab nationality killed her husband by shooting him only 10 days after their marriage.

The woman shot her husband in the town of Brital, wounding him in the stomach. He bled to death, according to local media.

This crime came in less than a month when another woman plotted to kill her husband with a shot to the head. In that case, the Arab woman planned to kill her husband jointly with another person in the Bekaa town of Taiba.

The Internal Security Forces in Lebanon stated, in a statement, that a woman of Arab nationality, born in 1996, in cooperation with her husband's nephew, killed her husband with a gunshot to the head with a Kalashnikov weapon.

The statement added that the woman admitted that she had agreed with her husband's nephew to leave the door of her house open at one o'clock at night, so that the aforementioned would enter and end her husband's life with a bullet to the head.
