Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed and Recep Tayyip Erdogan hold talks in Abu Dhabi.
President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Tuesday accepted the condolences of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey; Sadyr Japarov, President of the Kyrgyz Republic; and Julius Maada Bio, President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, over the passing of the late Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The State guests recalled the virtues of the late president, and expressed their sincere condolences to the Al Nahyan family and to the people of the Emirates, asking the Almighty to dwell late UAE leader in His vast Gardens.
His Highness will discuss with the Turkish President the prospects of consolidating bilateral ties across various fields to achieve their mutual interests, in addition to reviewing a number of issues of common concern and the latest regional and international issues.
This announcement followed the talks held between His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Turkey, which aimed to support the Turkish economy and boost the bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
They also discussed new prospects for overall cooperation between their countries to serve the mutual interests, as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern.

Sheikh Mohammed says that despite the predictions of the WTO of a 3.5 per cent decline in international trade this year, the UAE achieved a growth of 19 per cent in the first nine months of the year. He also expects the country’s foreign trade to grow to Dhs2.2 trillion by end of 2022.
