Sheikh Sultan performs Eid Al Fitr prayer, receives well-wishers at Al Badi Palace

Sheikh Sultan attends Eid prayer.

His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on Monday morning, performed Eid Al Fitr prayer in Al Badee Musallah in Sharjah, in the presence of Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.

The Eid prayer was attended also by, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Al Qasimi, Head of the Central Finance Department, Sheikh Khalid Bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Head of the Department of Seaports and Customs, Sheikh Salem bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi, Head of the Ruler’s Office, Sheikh Saud Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of the Sharjah Digital Office, and a number of Sheikhs, Abdul Rahman Bin Muhammad Al Owais, Minister of Health and Community Protection, and heads of local and federal departments and institutions.

Sheikh Abdullah Al Hammadi, a preacher at the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Sharjah, delivered the Eid sermon, in which he called them to uphold the ties of kinship, honour parents, and continue with the family at all times, because of this of great worship and the spread of peace, good life and good relations.

The preacher also urged worshipers to the importance of adhering to worship and good deeds and keenness to perform them, in addition to urging parents and children to perform them due to the sound upbringing that helps the community to preserve the benign Islamic values, the righteousness of its members and the continuity of goodness and blessing.

After performing the prayer, the Ruler of Sharjah exchanged congratulations on this honorable Islamic occasion with his well-wishers of sheikhs, senior officials, dignitaries of the country, citizens and residents of the Arab and Islamic communities.
