The Ajman Transport Authority, in cooperation with its strategic partner ‘Udrive,’ has announced the launch of the smart vehicle rental service for the benefit of residents and visitors of the emirate.

The Authority clarified that residents and visitors of the Emirate of Ajman can rent vehicles through the smart app of the new service without human intervention.

The vehicles have been deployed throughout the city of Ajman, where the user can, through simple steps, find the appropriate vehicle to rent.

According to authority the rental amount includes fuel and parking ticket.

It is worth mentioning that the experimental stage witnessed an increasing demand for the service by the public. 

The authority said it aims to support the transport system in the emirate by providing public transport services and taxis, in addition to limousines and new smart service.

Ahmed Saqr Al Matroushi, CEO of the Commercial Services Corporation, said that the hourly vehicle rental system is one of the latest means available to residents and visitors of the Emirate of Ajman and is regarded as an alternative option for users of public transportation in the Emirate.
