An Asian killed a fellow girl with the help of three others over a financial dispute between the victim and the murderer’s friend.

The Dubai Criminal Court sentenced them all to seven years in jail to be followed by deportation and fined them Dhs200,000.

The case dates back to August last year when a team of detectives from Dubai Police moved to scene of a murder in Al Nakheel area in Dubai, where they found the body of an Asian girl inside her room who was apparently stabbed.

The detectives gathered information and were able to identify the suspects who were found to be four Asians, two of whom entered the victim’s house and fled the place several minutes later.

Two of the suspects were arrested immediately and the other two were caught while trying to leave the country via Sharjah International Airport.

On interrogation, one of the suspects confessed to having met the victim two days before the murder, adding that the victim, who was working in a brothel, asked him to give her Dhs200 and after she got the money, she kicked him out.

The defendant complained to his friend about what happened and how he was deceived by a fellow girl.

Another suspect stated that he decided to avenge his friend and consequently communicated with the girl and asked to have sex with her.

When she agreed, the suspect and another suspect came to the agreed place and asked his friend and another suspect to wait for them.

The suspect went on to say that after he entered the house, he brandished a knife at the girl’s face and asked her to give him the money she had.

She gave her Dhs400 and tried to seek help from the window of her room but he stabbed her in the chest and stole her mobile phone before they fled the place.
