The city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, witnessed a horrific crime. In a cold-blooded act, a man burnt his wife and child with inflammable acid, which caused the death of the mother, according to Saudi local media.
The security services began investigating the incident, noting that family disputes were the reason behind the attack by the accused, a Saudi national, on his wife inside their house in Jeddah.
According to investigations, the husband beat his wife, and poured acid on her body, along with her one-year-old daughter, causing severe injuries to them.
The Red Crescent transferred the wife and daughter to King Fahd Hospital in Jeddah, but the mother died of her severe injuries, while the girl is still undergoing medical treatment.
