Abu Dhabi Police arrest Asian gang for stealing Dhs460,000

The Abu Dhabi Police, represented by the Directorate of External Areas in the Criminal Security Sector, managed in less than 24 hours to arrest an Asian gang that had stolen Dhs460,000. The gang used to defraud its victims and steal money from them.
A team of detectives from the Musaffah Police Station, supported by the Al Mersad Division of the Special Patrols Department, were able to arrest the perpetrators in a record time and recover the stolen amount, thanks to their full readiness to deal with all incidents at all times, using artificial intelligence technologies.
Major General Mohammed Suhail Al Rashidi, Director of the Criminal Security Sector, said that Abu Dhabi Police follows an integrated strategy in responding quickly to reports and professionally dealing with them.
The highly developed police stations and departments and their adoption of modern ways in dealing with various situations enabled them to perform their duties most efficiently and fulfill the Abu Dhabi Police’s vision of maintaining security and safety in the emirate, he added.
