Largest drive-through virus testing centre opens in Sharjah

The municipality explained that the tent is a new testing centre in the city of Sharjah, and it aims at providing smooth service in the shortest possible waiting time, and relieving pressure from other centres.
The move comes within the municipality’s role to curb the spread of the virus and provide a hassle-free testing service for the public.
“This is the largest drive-through testing tent in the Emirate of Sharjah, as it accommodates 16 vehicles at the same time, so that a large number of tests can be conducted in record time, during the tent’s working hours, from 7.30am until 11pm, seven days a week. Customers can get the result within 6 hours,” the Municipality said.
