VIDEO: Trailer crashes into vehicles in India, at least five dead

In a horrific incident in the Indian state of Jharkhand, at least five people were killed on the spot after a trailer crashed into several vehicles.

The accident took place on NH 33 in Ramgarh district on Tuesday.

CCTVs in the area captured the moment the trailer smashing into several cars.

Eyewitnesses said that a car pinned underneath the trailer was dragged for metres.

Police said that several people were injured.

According to preliminary investigations, the trailer driver lost control due to brake failure and rammed into other vehicles, including three SUVs and two motorcycles.
