His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Friday, on Instagram called on everyone to work to achieve their dreams and to work as a team, in order to achieve a better future for all.

His Highness shared some of his thoughts and views under the #Flashes of Leadership on “Instagram”, saying, “Everyone should aspire to achieve something in his or her life. We should work as a team, but still compete to excel.

United as a team, we will build the future of this country. Our decisions will be driven by facts and we are ready to face new challenges, without fear, because, success is not for the timid.” Earlier, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid launched the #Flashes of Leadership on Instagram under which His Highness weekly shares his experiences and leadership vision.
