The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) expects the weather on Tuesday to be dusty to partly cloudy in general, and tend to be cold during daytime and cold by night. Humid by night and Wednesday morning with a probability of fog or mist formation over some eastern inland areas.

The winds to be moderate to fresh northwesterly and strong at times especially over the sea causing blowing dust and sand. The winds speed will gradually decrease by night and Wednesday morning, with speed 20 – 30 reaching 50 kilometres/hour. The sea will be very rough-to-rough in the Arabian Gulf and rough to moderate in the Oman Sea.

The expected maximum range of temperatures on Tuesday will be 19-21ºC in Abu Dhabi, 20-22ºC in Dubai, 20-21ºC in Sharjah, 20-22ºC in Ajman, 17-21ºC in Umm Al Quwain, 14-21ºC in Ras Al Khaimah, 21-27ºC in Fujairah, and 16-22ºC in Al Ain, according to the NCM.

On Wednesday, weather is expected to be fair to partly cloudy in general. Temperatures tend to increase gradually. Humid by night and Thursday morning with a chance of fog or mist formation over some internal and coastal areas, the NCM said.

The winds will be fresh northwesterly westward over the sea by morning becoming moderate to light northeasterly winds, with speed 15 – 25 reaching 40 kilometres/hour. The sea will be rough especially westward becoming moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.

It also expects the weather on Thursday to be fair to partly cloudy in general with increase in temperatures. Humid by night and Friday morning with a probability of fog or mist formation over some coastal areas especially westward.

The winds will be light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds, with speed 10 – 20 reaching 30 kilometres/hour. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.

The temperature is expeceted to go down further.
