COVID-19 booster shot mandatory to enter Abu Dhabi

The UAE health authorities said that residents are obliged to get the COVID-19 booster shot after being fully vaccinated in order to maintain the Green status in AlHosn App.
The health authorities further said that the booster dose would allow them to enter Abu Dhabi from within the UAE.
The decision has been taken to curb the spread of coronavirus and its mutants in the UAE.
The UAE Health Ministry’s AlHosn App said on Twitter, “Booster doses for all types of vaccinations are required. Make sure to book yours now if it’s been 6 months since you completed your vaccination to maintain the Green Pass.”
The move applies to those who have had only two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, such as Pfizer-BioNTech.
The health experts have urged every eligible individual to get vaccinated and take the booster shot on time.
