Green Pass will be active for 14 days instead of 30 days in Alhosn app

The Ministry of Health announced an update to of the Green Pass Protocol for the Al-Hosn application on Dec.1, 2021.
The Ministry of Health and Community Protection, in cooperation and coordination with the concerned authorities at the national level, announced the update of the Green Pass Protocol for the implementation of the Alhosn, starting from 5/12/2021.
The update includes that the period of a negative PCR test result in the Alhosn application will remain active for 14 days instead of 30 days.
This means that the green pass will be available for 14 days only.
The update came with the aim of intensifying proactive examinations to enhance the national efforts made in the country’s recovery phase, to tackle any mutated COVID-19 virus, and to ensure safe movement and tourism in all regions of the country.
