UAE private sector holidays for Commemoration Day and 50th UAE National Day announced

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources announced that the holiday for Commemoration Day and the 50th UAE National Day will start on Wednesday, December 1, and will continue through Friday, December 3, 2021.

Official working hours will resume on Sunday, December 5, based on the Cabinet's decision regarding approved public holidays.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced that the period between December 1-3, 2021 (Wednesday through Friday) is a paid holiday for all workers in UAE private sector establishments and companies, marking the Commemoration Day and the 50th UAE National Day. This is in line with the Cabinet’s decision regarding approved official holidays.
