Court rejects bail plea of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan in drugs case

In a major setback to the Baadshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, a special court in Mumbai rejected bail plea of his son Aryan Khan in drugs case.

Court also refused to grant bail to two others who were also arrested along with Aryan Khan in a raid on a rave party aboard a cruise ship on Oct.2.

Lawyers of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha said that they are still awaiting detailed orders of Special Judge VV Patil to decide on their next legal move.

However, they all plan to appeal to the Bombay High Court once they receive the detailed orders from Mumbai Special NDPS Court.

Eight people were detained on Oct.2 and placed under arrest on Oct 03. after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raid on the ship preparing to sail for a Mumbai-Goa cruise.
