Mumbai court rejects Aryan Khan’s bail plea, accused to remain in Arthur Road Central Jail

A Mumbai court has rejected superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan bail plea on Friday.

The India media reported that the court also rejected the bail plea of two others who were among the eight arrested following the raid on a rave party on a luxury cruise ship.

Upholding the contentions of the Narcotics Control Bureau, additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate RM Nerlikar rejected the bail of Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha.

Lawyers for the accused told the media that though the detailed reasoning for the order would come later.

They are planning to apply to the Sessions Court for bail on Monday.

Local media reported that that all the six accused males would remain in Arthur Road Central Jail, while two female accused would be lodged in the Byculla Women's Jail.

Ever since their detention, the accused were locked up in NCB jail in Mumbai.

On Friday morning, the eight accused youngsters underwent medical and PCR tests at a hospital.

They all tested negative.

On Oct.2, the NCB busted a rave party and recovered drugs: 13 grams cocaine, 21 grams charas, 5 grams MD, and 22 MDMA pills from the youngsters.

The high-drama operation became a media sensation and shook the Indian entertainment industry.
The NCB said in the past few days, more people were taken into custody over the incident.

The rave party was held on the Cordelia Cruise ship for the Mumbai-Goa voyage.
