VIDEO: Futuristic fervour: Robots greet and guide Expo 2020 visitors

Robots have been greeting and guiding visitors at the Expo 2020 Dubai site.

Several visitors said that the robots are very efficient and very entertaining.

The Expo 2020 Dubai Mascots Rashid and Latifa arrived at the site embarking on an exciting new journey led by Salama the Ghaf tree, while discovering Expo and meeting new friends.

On Thursday evening, the world's attention turned to the UAE, during the global opening ceremony of Expo 2020 Dubai, which witnessed international artists’ performances that used the latest sound, light and laser technologies in an experience that is the first of its kind in the world.

Expo 2020 Dubai will be held from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, and is the first World Expo to be organized in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region.
