To a young man, a girl is like a wonder of the world. She is the essence of beauty and virtue. However, some males are unable to control themselves when they see girls and throw virtue out of the window, as happened with a boy from India.

He did the unthinkable: kissed a girl student on a bus he was travelling in while she was sleeping. Predictably, thanks to CCTV and police enquiries, he was arrested later.

The incident happened in the early hours of September 13 in the country’s Karnataka state.

The girl was returning to Bengaluru from a place called Bellary after a major Hindu festival in a state luxury bus.

The accused, who sat close to her seat, was watching a Telugu picture called 'Geetha Govindam,’ where the hero kisses the heroine while she is sleeping.

The gladeye kept looking at her before she went to sleep.

The charm of the sleeping beauty was too much for the boy to resist. When the bus stopped near Peenya-Jalahalli, a township, for the passengers to alight, the youth kissed the girl on the cheek and fled. The girl was simply stunned by the act. Before she could realise what had happened, he disappeared.

The girl, a student of architecture, lodged a police complaint against him on September 13, according to Indo-Asian News Service.

The boy scooted, but did not realise that technology and a determined police force could team up to arrest him. CCTV footage in the surrounding areas and statements of the bus driver, conductor and passengers helped in his arrest. Also, he had given personal details to the conductor for reserving the seat, which were there on the bus ticket, through which the cops could track him down.
