In a shocking incident, a couple from Tamil Nadu were killed after an overspeeding all-wheel-drive vehicle hit their two-wheeler from behind in India’s Bengaluru city. The incident happened on a flyover in the metropolis’ Electronic City area on Tuesday night.
The duo were hurtled from the bridge to the ground 40 feet below, dying on the spot, according to reports in the Indian media.
The driver of the other vehicle was reported unconscious and is in hospital.
The couple were reportedly working in Bengaluru.
Recently, seven people perished in a horrific accident in the city when a speeding Audi Q3 lost control and crashed into a building in the wee hours of the morning.
The son of a legislator was reportedly killed.
