Mohammed terminates services of CEO of MBR Housing Establishment

In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum issued Decree No. (42) of 2021, terminating the services of Sami Abdullah Gargash, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, effective from Tuesday (Sept.14, 2021).

The Decree will be published in the Official Gazette.

Meanwhile, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, issued Council’s Resolution No. (41) of 2021, naming Omar Hamad Abdullah Hamad Bu Shehab, executive director of the commercial registration division, as acting CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, for 6 months period subject to renewal.

The Decree is effective from Tuesday (Sept.14, 2021) and will be published in the Official Gazette.
