Dubai Duty Free officials conduct the draw at Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport on Wednesday.

A Saudi Arabian and an Australian national became the latest millionaires after the Dubai Duty Free conducted the draw for Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise promotion on Wednesday.
The draw was conducted at Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport by Dubai Duty Free's Executive Vice Chairman & CEO, Colm McLoughlin, COO Ramesh Cidambi, Salah Tahlak, Executive Vice President -Corporate Services and Sinead El Sibai, SVP - Marketing.
Tariq A., a 45-year-old Saudi based in Bahrain, won $1 million in the Millennium Millionaire Series 367 with ticket number 3279.
Tariq, a regular participant in Dubai Duty Free’s promotion since 2002, purchased the lucky ticket along with three more tickets online on Aug.17.
A father of two who works in an oil and gas company, Tariq has been a resident of Bahrain for last 10 years.
Thanking Dubia Duty Free, Tariq said, "I knew that I would win one day, and this is it!”
Tariq became the tenth Saudi Arabian national to have won $1 million since the start of the Millennium Millionaire promotion in 1999.
Along with Tariq, a 45-year-old Australian national based in Dubai was also announced as the winner of $1 million.
Reza Dole bought ticket number 4548 in the Millennium Millionaire Series 368 online on Aug.28.
Dole, who is a resident of Dubai for 12 years and works as an investment banker, is also a regular participant in Dubai Duty Free's promotion since 2018.
Dole, a second-time winner with Dubai Duty Free, previously won a Bentley Continental GT (Camel Linen) car with a Finest Surprise ticket number 1580 in Series no. 1730.
He was understandably delighted to receive another call from Dubai Duty Free informing him that he won $1 million this time.
Dole is the eighth Australian national to have won in the Millennium Millionaire promotion since it started in 1999.
