The Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre affirmed that the categories excluded from the decision to return to work include persons over 60, pregnant women, lactating women, and parents of below 10-year-old students.

The Centre called for abiding by preventive measures, particularly the physical spacing when in elevators, and called for remote working meetings to be held through the video conferencing technology to contribute to limiting the outbreak of the coronavirus, as well as avoiding handshaking and adhering to sterilizing hands periodically.

The Centre stressed that the approved vaccines are safe and effective in the face of coronavirus, as they help to reduce the risk of severe symptoms or death.

Dr Farida Al Hosani, spokesman of the health sector and manager of the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre said most of the simple symptoms after receiving the vaccine disappear in two days.

She added that the persons who have moderate or severe symptoms, must contact the number 024493333.
