Abu Dhabi starts administering Sinopharm vaccine on children aged 3 to 17 without appointment

Abu Dhabi Health Services Company announced it would provide Covid-19 Sinopharm vaccine for children from 3 to 17, at several centres and facilities without booking an appointment, after the vaccine was approved by the Ministry of Health and Prevention for emergency use, based on the results of clinical studies and local evaluation.

Seha explained that it will continue to provide Pfizer-BioNTech  vaccine for the age group from 12 years and above.

The company said it provided the Covid-19 vaccine Sinopharm in Abu Dhabi through its centre for vaccination at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and the Al Mushrif Children's Specialty Centre, and in the councils of Mushrif, Al Manhal and Al Bateen.

In Al Ain, Seha said the vaccine was provided at the "Seha" Centre for vaccination at Al Ain Convention Centre, Al Towayya Children's Specialty Centre, and in Falaj Hazza Council.

In Al Dhafra, Seha said it provided the vaccine in the councils of Dalma, Ghayathi, Al Marfaa, Liwa and al sala’a, in the centre of Al Dhafra for family medicine and the Seha centre for vaccination in Al Dhafra Society Hall.
