Emirates Airlines is offering one complimentary Expo 2020 day pass for anyone who travels to Dubai between Oct.1, 2021 and March 31, 2022.

The Emirates Expo 2020 Dubai single‑day pass offer is open to all  Emirates passengers who have purchased a ticket for arrival in Dubai between Oct.1, 2021 and March 31, 2022.

The airline’s offer is valid for those travellers who have even a 6-hour transit connection with the city.

To avail the offer all Emirates Airlines passengers need to enter their details and the Airlines will email the Expo tickets.

But in case the flight gets changed or cancelled then the Expo day pass will no longer be valid.

“Passengers then have to simply claim a new one by entering their new flight details,” the Airline said on its website.

In case a passenger loses his or her complimentary one‑day pass, then he/she is required to enter the booking reference or ticket number again and the pass will be re‑sent through email.

The complimentary one‑day pass does not have a monetary value and can’t be exchanged for a cash refund.  

If Emirates flight booking has changed, passenger will need to provide updated booking reference to request a new complimentary pass.Passengers need not request a new pass if the booking reference stays the same.  

Airlines reserves the right to revoke or cancel this offer or complimentary Expo 2020 day pass without notice in the event a flight booking is cancelled or refunded.

The offer is valid on any inbound or one way ticket to Dubai purchased via emirates.com, Emirates App, Emirates Retail or Contact Centres, or via a travel agent eligible for normal Skywards Miles accrual as per Emirates Skywards Programme Rules.
